Description :
You are invited to attend CanU’s annual summit this fall in Montreal!
Our theme is Fixing the City, Challenges and Learnings, with presentations covering a wide range of planning and urban development issues.
Through Montreal’s experience and urban areas from across Canada, we will examine the areas of invigorating parks and open spaces, planning large-scale redevelopment projects, housing inclusion, mobility, managing the ageing building stock, and corporate social responsibility in city (re)building to name a few.
To explore this, a three-hour walking tour of the western edge of Old Montreal and Griffintown is scheduled on Saturday afternoon, October 20th.
Our speakers are professionals with hands-on experience from across Canada, the City of Montreal, consulting firms and institutions.
2018 marks CanU’s 10th summit so it’s time to celebrate and take some time to exchange about achievements and how the organization sees its role in the future.
Most presentations will be done in English and French presentations will be translated into English.
